大河ドラマの味？ふきのとう 春のパスタ
今日は昼間とても暖かく春めいていました。
壁田城址からみる千曲川
このあたりちいさな山城があります。この川の反対側にも替佐城址がありますし・・・
一昨年と今年と、大河ドラマがこのあたりのことなのですが、風林火山もせいぜい善光寺あたりまでで、飯山はでてきませんね・・・
ここで採ったふきのとう、今年初のフキ味噌でたべました。
写真はふきのとうのフリット(てんぷら)をアラビアータにトッピングしたものです。

このあたりは冬でもそんなにたくさんあるところじゃないので、うちから
近いですけど。
山菜のてんぷら、ピリッと辛いトマトソースで食べるとおいしいですよ！

夏場にフキの生えてるところをチェックしておくと
春先にあわてなくてもゲットできますよ～
うちは庭の川の土手に生えてるので少量なら遠くへとりにいく必要はないんです。
